Put the identity model classes in their own file

Description

This is a just suggestion, really: Now that we can have multiple model files via the egg.info/sqlobject.txt file, why not put the identity classes in their own model_identity.py file? This would allow for a clean, empty model.py for your own classes, and would also make it easier to add identity to an already created project if you forgot to add it during quickstart.

But would, again, make people think that these settings are monolythic and immutable.

To add identity / visit to an already existing project you'll need more than just cut & pasting (or inserting a filename somewhere) classes in your model, so for this specific case it shouldn't matter much since most of the work will be done elsewhere (i.e. your controllers).

-1 on this

we already have enough people thinking they shouldn't touch "all" those files.

if you really want this feature please create a template plugin and put it on the cheeshop/cogbin
