Attached are two patches to remove a few spurious differences between the /trunk and /branches/1.0 versions of qstemplates files: dev.cfg_tmpl sample-prod.cfg_tmpl release.py_tmpl

I've committed /sample-prod.cfg_tmpl but preserved dev.cfg_tmpl, since this syntax:


might be a problem related with #1170
