TGFastData doesn't work with ForeignKeys

Description

With TGFastData-0.9a6, forms don't work with foreign key columns.

It started working when I commented out a line in formmaker.column_widget_fkey_col that removes the trailing 'ID' from column name.

def column_widget_fkey_col(column):
    parms = column_parms(column)
    #parms['name'] = parms['name'][:-2] # strip 'ID' from the end
    fkey_class = classregistry.findClass(column.foreignKey)

I don't know if that broke something else, but it works for me.

are you using SA? the I believe ID thing is an SO dependency.

I'm using SQLObjects.

It's basically TG 1.0.1 release + TGFastData-0.9a6. Are they incompatible?
