This is a really challenging request. It would require another filter that automatically rewrote all URLs generated by your application to make certain the identity session token was included.

I don't consider this a high priority.

After thinking about this a bit more, I'm going to close it as "won't fix". This would require a global URL rewriting filter (not impossible) that would stash the visit key in the URL. Otherwise you'd have to make certain to use turbogears.url for EVERY url in your application. We'd then have to special case CherryPy?'s path resolution algorithm (again) to strip out the unique key (if it were part of the path) or pop the parameter in the visit filter (if a query parameter).

This would be a nightmare. All so someone can get around having to use cookies.
