twJQuery's externals located at jquery.com have been refused connection recently:

I'm afraid there's not much I can do about it (unless JQ's svn has changed and I'm tracking an old location) but wait until it's up again.

Since the thirdparty dir is not needed to use twJQuery itself (files are copied inside the static dir) you can instruct SVN to ignore external references with the --ignore-externals flag.

Closing this as wontfix (since I can't anyway ;)
