Remove feed package from core TG distribution

Description

Pursuing the goal to cut down the size and complexity of the TG core, I propose to remove the feed package from the main TG distribution in 1.1.

I have created a new extension package  TurboFeeds from the feed package, which can act as a drop-in replacement.

Would there be a huge outcry if if went ahead and removed the feed package for TG 1.5?

In TG 1.1 we could add a deprecation warning when the package is imported.

Applied the deprecation warning patch in r5292/r5293 in branch 1.1.

I will release a new TurboFeeds version during the TG 1.1 beta phase which supports Kid and Genshi templates.

Then I will remove the feed package in the 1.5 branch.

This can now go to 1.1 release since the deprecation is in place and we just need a TF release before 1.5...

Let's remove the feed from 1.1 and require TurboFeeds?... would could remove the dependence later on...

We have the deprecation warning in Tg 1.1. turbogears.feeds package will be removed in TG 1.5.
