Initializing the Tables in wiki20 should explain the websetup command instead of creating an initdb.py file from scratch

This is the right thing to do, but the doc works as is, and isn't really doing anything wrong -- just a bit more than it needs to do.

I attached a patch that changes the "Initializing the Tables" section to simply use:

$ paster setup-app development.ini

instead of building a custom Python script to run.

Hello, your patch is only half of the work needed for this (yet I thank you for taking the time to work on it). if you take a look at the original source it has a rst command to include an external file, this is from the 'live code' example which means we need to move what was in initializeDB.py into websetup.py and make sure all the stages work.

The new patch removes initializeDB.py and modifies websetup.py as well as changing the general instructions to use paster setup-app.
