custom routes don't work in TG2

Description

The instructions in the  RoutesIntegration document are not very clear and don't work. If your controller subclasses directly or indirectly the ObjectDispatchController then custom routes information is ignored. That's what happens by default in a quickstarted project. Mark Ramm suggested to subclass DecoratedController instead. That seems to be the right direction, but there are bugs in invoking the __before__ and __after__ methods.
