Enable comments on doc pages - everywhere, to post comments, questions and answers

Description

As I already said on  mailing list, there should be an option to post comments, questions and answers anywhere in tutorial or doc file. This way, everyone reading the tutorial or documentation will have all available knowladge about specific subject in one place.

An example of this is  Zope's documentation.

Additional thought:

If later in the project a special group would be organisied to manage and maintain these answers and comments, it would be even better for new users because ordered and nicely edited answers are extremely helpful to begginers with most common problems. Also, authors should receive notification when such questions are posted and, if possible, help to add additional information that they maybe left out in main article or thought that it was not significant enough.
