[PATCH] Make CalendarDatePicker less intrusive on forms

Reported by: godoy Owned by: anonymous

Description

One of the nice things about defaults in forms is that you can fill in the minimum information and just press "ENTER" to submit it. If you have any kind of calendar variant in your form, on the other hand, pressing ENTER will open it instead of submitting the form, causing an inconsistent behaviour from one form to another and making user interactivity worse.

This patch changes the template to use 'input type="button"' instead of 'button', making the behaviour the same (ENTER = submit the form) and not opening the calendar unless its button is clicked.
