Include htmlrender.py for getting plain text (generally for email) out of HTML

Description

Ian Bicking pointed out this module that will provide a plain text version of HTML. It's very simple, but may be good enough for getting a reasonably formatted text email message out of a Kid template.

It may be worth considering turning this into a serializer for Kid.

Closing this.

The plain text serializer is now included on Kid starting from version 0.7.1 (that TG 0.9 depends on).

Reopening.

Just wondering before closing this, is there a way to specify the serializer to use on a template basis? In this case the plain text serializer. Am I wrong or actually there is only a global config option?

I think it's doable, also we now have templates plugin and you can specify the format with the expose decorator.

Fixed.
